New Senate bill empowers Feds to seize Everything you Own. We cannot allow this bill to become Law
If this bill passes into Law it will start forcing citizens to report cash and other assets not held in banks. This bill is stated to combat terrorism and money laundering. But is it? It seems to most that this is another government attempt to steal assets and raise revenue for social programs as this bill will give the government the authority to track assets and seize them should an individual fail to report independently held assets exceeding $10,000.
This brings to mind the FBI raid under former FBI Director Comey of a small Texan Conservative political gathering back in 2015. Agents confiscated electronics and forcibly fingerprinted all 60 people gathered at the meeting. Now let’s just suppose for a second that they found any evidence of unreported wealth during the raid. You better believe they’d have seized-up all the assets. This is a very real possibility unfolding before us right now with this bill that’s not yet out of committee that these senators will be pushing to pass this year in 2018.
The government can throw people in prison if they find out folks haven’t been reporting ALL of their assets. How long would you guess the minimum federal sentence would be for failing to report assets not held in a bank? This freedom infringing bill will give the government the right to start wiretapping private citizens.
The new bill seeks to track your money and assets incessantly, will enjoin any business with government ties to act as a de facto arm of DHS, and would steal all of your assets — including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies — should you fail to report funds when traveling with over $10,000.
Under the guise of combating money laundering, Senate Bill 1241, “Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Counterfeiting Act of 2017,” ramp up regulation of digital currency and other autocratic financial controls in an attempt to ensure none of your assets can escape one of the State’s most nefarious, despised powers:
The government has been trying to wage a war on cash and other privately held assets for quite some time. They want to track citizens assets. Claiming it’s needed to combat terrorism, counterfeiting and money laundering even though the masses engage in such activity, this is the language used to trick citizens into giving up their freedoms without a fight.
The penalties for noncompliance are so stiff, it makes one wonder if this is not the main objective.
Senate Bill 1241, “Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Counterfeiting Act of 2017,” reaches a new level of government tyranny. It seems that DEEP STATE RINO Sen. Chuck Grassley, who introduced the bill, still thinks that Obama is in office.
Noncompliance with the tyrannical law — including failing to fill out the aforementioned form — would incur penalties befitting a fascist dictatorship: an individual could find the entirety of their assets seized, not just those unreported, and could be locked in a prison for up to ten years.
To be clear, the State wants to write a permission slip to seize all of your assets — bank accounts, including, specifically, “safety deposit boxes,” prepaid cards, gift cards, prepaid phones, prepaid coupons, cryptocurrencies, all of it — even for being remiss in reporting what you’re traveling with.
Similar laws are already in place regarding reporting assets. But, what makes this legislation tyranny is that it would give government unlimited power to go after anybody they feel is not be reporting everything they own.
“And if that weren’t enough, this bill also gives them with new authority to engage in surveillance and wiretapping (including phone, email, etc.) if they have even a hint of suspicion that you might be transporting excess ‘monetary instruments,’” Simon Black of SovereignMan.com reports.
“Usually wiretapping authority is reserved for major crimes like kidnapping, human trafficking, felony fraud, etc.
“Now we can add cash to that list.”
Think back to the group of political conservatives mentioned on the first page who got raided by the FBI and forcefully fingerprinted. Laws like this would now give the government power to listen in on all their calls and all other conservatives for that matter just on grounds of being suspicious they’re NOT reporting all their assets because they distrust the liberal government… But God forbid national intelligence agencies like the FBI to e allowed to wiretap known terror suspects that they know plan on killing innocent people… as that would be discrimination against a certain religious group.
