Secret witness in the Senate’s probe into Hillary’s Uranium One deal is an ex-lobbyist for a Russian firm. The Senate committee searching for Clinton’s alleged wrongdoing in the Uranium One deal is keeping their witness’s name cloaked.
However, William D Campbell, a lobbyist, confirmed to Reuters he is the informant who will testify and provide documents to Congress. Campbell was a confidential source for the FBI in a Maryland bribery and kickback investigation of the head of a US unit of Rosatom. In a telephone interview, Campbell said he wanted to testify because of his concerns about Russia´s activities in the US, but declined to comment further.
Now those activities will soon be exposed and it has nothing to do with the election and has everything to do with ‘Project Pelican’.
Senate Republicans say their investigation of Hillary Clinton’s role in approving a deal to sell US uranium mines to a Russian company hinges in part on the testimony of a secret informant in a bribery and extortion scheme inside the same company.
William D. Campbell, will also testify and provide documents to Congress about the Obama Administration´s 2010 approval of the sale of Uranium One, a Canadian company with uranium mines in the United States, to Russia’s Rosatom.
At the time of the sale, Campbell was a confidential source for the FBI in a Maryland bribery and kickback investigation of the head of a US unit of Rosatom, the Russian state-owned nuclear power company. Campbell was identified as an FBI informant by prosecutors in open court and by himself, in a publicly available lawsuit, he filed last year.
Campbell’s lawyer, Victoria Toensing, who has not previously identified her client, said despite Campbell telling the government ‘how corrupt the company was,’ Rosatom still got permission to buy Uranium One.

Campbell’s lawyer, Victoria Toensing, who has not previously identified her client, said despite Campbell telling the government ‘how corrupt the company was,’ Rosatom still got permission to buy Uranium One. She did not say what Campbell would reveal regarding any alleged wrongdoing by Clinton.
Also, although both Uranium One and the bribery cases involved Rosatom, the two cases involved different business units, executives, and allegations, with little other apparent overlaps, Reuters found in a review of the court records of the bribery case.
Campbell countered those who dismiss his knowledge of the Uranium One deal. ‘I have worked with the Justice Department undercover for several years, and documentation relating to Uranium One and political influence does exist and I have it,’ Campbell said. He declined to give details of those documents.
Here is a summary of the Russian activity in America
Gulftainer is in a joint-venture with Russian state-owned ROSTEC, which owns one hundred percent of the shares of ROSOBORONEXPORT, the exporter of the Club-K container missile launch system. ROSTEC markets the Club-K through its weapons export unit ROSOBORONEXPORT. ROSTEC entered into the joint venture with Gulftainer to operate Russian ports infrastructure projects, with Vladimir Putin personally overseeing the signing of the agreement.
“There are terminals everywhere, where they can be stored however long it takes” boasted Rostislav Atkov, director for foreign economic activity at Morinformsistema-Agat Concern, the Russian manufacturer of the Club K container missile system. Atkov’s menacing remark about stealth Club-K launchers lying in wait in “terminals everywhere,”
Dr Jafar Dhia Jafar worked closely with the Russians on Iraq’s full range of Weapons of Mass Destruction programs, including the nuclear one. He succeeded in designing a miniaturized nuclear warhead similar to the model that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un posed with earlier in 2017. Worse yet, Gulftainer, the Iraqi-UAE company that was allowed to obtain the Port Canaveral container facility lease in Florida, has entered into a joint venture with the Russian state-owned firm which owns 100% of the shares of Rosoboronexport, the exporter of the Club-K missile system. The Uranium One deal and the Project Pelican deal was negotiated by President Obama and Hillary Clinton, the lease was signed in late 2014.
The Club-K is a cruise missile launch system concealed in a container whose external appearance looks identical to standard ISO intermodal commercial cargo shipping containers.
Inside each Club-K container, however, are four missiles which can carry biological, chemical, conventional, Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP), or nuclear warheads. The genius of the Club-K system is its ability to evade detection among the millions of shipping containers carried on ships, trains, and trucks all over the world, including inside the U.S.
Now, the Russian maker of the Club-K has partnered with the Iraqi-UAE company headed by the nuclear mastermind who designed a nuclear warhead specifically to fit on the nosecone of the Club-K cruise missile.
Also, Ras al-Khaimah (RAK), one of the seven UAE emirates, runs a shipping company in partnership with Iran, which essentially controls RAK’s main shipping port. And a broken and possibly corrupt CFIUS gave them all access to a 35-year lease on the container facilities at one of America’s most critical ports.
PORT CANAVERAL, Florida. Rostec is the state-owned weapons and technology conglomerate exporting Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K cruise missile cargo container missile launch systems. Gulftainer’s venture partner Rostec exports the stealth Club-K system through its arms-exporting unit Rosoboronexport. Those cruise missiles can deliver nuclear and EMP weapons. Club-K launchers are remotely activated by satellite. This means that missiles in the U.S. could attack America from inside the United States.
“It’s a carrier-killer. If you are hit by one or two of them, the kinetic impact is vast…it’s horrendous.”The Club-K’s Kalibr cruise missiles can not only carry anti-ship conventional warheads, they can also deliver a nuclear payload to carry out an EMP attack.
‘Project Pelican’ is the Obama administration deal that handed over a 35-year Port Canaveral cargo terminal lease to Gulftainer’s co-owners the Emir of Sharjah, UAE, and Iraqi businessman Hamid Jafar, the brother and business partner of nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar.
Jafar is an Iraqi nuclear physicist, former Vice Chairman of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission, and following his release from prison, chief of Iraq’s nuclear program. He was also Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons scientist and Deputy Minister of Defense.
The Iraqi scientist was not only responsible for the top-secret Petrochemical 3 (PC3) nuclear weapons program but also for procurement and technology transfer activities in support of Saddam’s nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons programs.
Dr. Jafar’s name appears on CENTCOM’s Operation Iraqi Freedom ‘Blacklist’ of regime officials designated as enemy combatants and legitimate military targets.
After Gulftainer and Rostec struck their joint venture, Gulftainer quietly started looking for U.S. container terminals located near U.S. Navy submarine bases. In 2014 Gulftainer signed a $100 million dollar lease with Port Canaveral.
Smuggling Club-K cruise missile units from Russia and into the U.S., through ports like Port Canaveral, will provide shippers with the ability to transport box containers throughout the U.S. via truck or train systems.
On a side note: State Department officials, who briefed reporters on condition of anonymity, indicated the Trump administration would move carefully in imposing sanctions and dealing with issues such as US allies who buy Russian-made weaponry or spare parts, but Obama failed to mention to the new President coming into Office of his and Hillary’s treasonous underhanded in the dark deal made with Iraq, Pakistani, Qatar, Iran, North Korea, UAE all working under Gulftainer and Russia leasing Port Canaveral for 35 years that have ties to the Clinton Foundation.
If you watch the videos they paint the picture of jobs and marketing containers But they are not disclosing what kind of modified missile system containers they are, talk about deception!
Port Canaveral is a critical port for the Navy’s Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missile program, the bedrock of America’s and Britain’s nuclear deterrence. Port Canaveral is essential to America’s space program. Gulftainer is a subsidiary of UAE-based conglomerate The Crescent Group, owned by the oil-wealthy Iraqi Jafar family.
The Jafar family is a powerful Shia dynasty with deep connections to Iraq, Iran, and Russian intelligence operatives. Baghdad-born brothers Hamid Jafar, Chairman of The Crescent Group, and his nuclear physicist sibling Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar are major Iraqi WMD players.
Soviet-trained Dr. Jafar designed a compact spherical nuclear weapon known as the ‘Beach Ball. Dr. Jafar’s clandestine nuclear weapons program received assistance from Saddam’s Soviet adviser KGB General Yevgeny Primakov and other Russian military and intelligence officials.
Is Jafar’s nuclear ‘beach ball’ already in North Korea?
Dr. Jafar’s ‘Beach Ball’ looks strikingly similar to what appears to the miniaturized nuclear weapon seen in recent photographs of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
“Brighter than the Baghdad Sun”, two British journalists, Shyam Bhatia, a former middle east correspondent for the London Observer, and Daniel McGrory, concluded that Hussein’s Iraq was in possession of a nuclear device, called the “beach ball.”
In their book, Bhatia and McGrory allege a crash nuclear device, the infamous Beach Ball, was being readied for detonation on the outer ring road encircling Kuwait city by February 1991.
The purpose of the beachball, according to the book, was to deter western forces from making moves beyond Desert Shield. On the very first day of Desert Storm (January 17th 1991) an F117 pilot flattened the “Yellow Cake Factory” or Tuwaitha Nuclear Research Center. It is at Tuwaitha that nuclear reactors were recasting Uranium fuel for the crude bomb development of the beachball.
While actual proof of the device is difficult to ascertain in 1992 The New York Times wrote (Building Saddam Hussein’s Bomb By Gary Milhollin):
“About this big.” High in the United Nations building in New York, a U.N. official is holding his arms out in a circle, like a man gripping a beach ball. “About a yard across, weighing about a ton.”
This is the Iraqi bomb — slightly smaller than the one dropped on Hiroshima, but nearly twice as powerful — packing an explosive force of at least 20,000 tons of TNT. The official is dramatizing a drawing he has made in his notebook, based on documents seized in Iraq. He is sure that the bomb, f built to the specifications in the drawing, will work.”
Leading to the question, is the bomb that U.N. official described the same as the one in the photo above?
Gulftainer Scandal: Club-K cruise missile, President Obama, the Clintons, and the Media
In a report by the Center for Security Policy dated December 2016, they write:
In addition to being an important seaport in its own right, Port Canaveral is in close proximity to a number of key U.S. facilities – including the Navy’s East Coast ballistic missile submarine base, two U.S. Air Force Space Command bases, and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
As the paper’s authors dug into the details surrounding this deal, they discovered – in addition to Gulftainer’s obvious and still potentially problematic ties to the UAE – a troubling array of connections linking it to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and President Barack Obama, himself. For example, Obama’s former college roommates, one Indian and one Pakistani – who remains to this day his close friends – have personal and business relationships with the Jafar family.
Hamid Jara under U.S. Investigation
Hamid Jafar was under investigation by the Treasury Department and four congressional committees for operating Gulftainer’s affiliate Crescent Petroleum as a front company for Saddam Hussein in a scheme known as ‘Oil For Superweapons.’ The investigation also uncovered several connections among the Jafar family to President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.
The Gulftainer Port Canaveral deal did not receive the mandatory Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) National Security Threat Analysis as required under the Foreign Investment National Security Act of 2007 (FINSA).
In unveiling the Center’s new Occasional Paper, its president, Frank J. Gaffney, observed:
It is shocking to me that management of the United States’ most strategically located ports has been turned over to foreign interests that include: Saddam Hussein’s nuclear bomb-maker; the rabidly anti-American jihadist mullahs of Iran; and a country, the UAE, that was stopped from taking over operational control of American ports ten years ago.
Gulftainer and Rostec bank finance joint-venture
Gulftainer Russian Technologies is the joint venture between Gulftainer and Rostec, along with Rostec’s investment bank Prominvest. Prominvest is under U.S. sanctions and was added to the Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list in 2015. Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral lease prohibits the company from doing business with SDNs.
Gulftainer entered into its joint-venture with Rostec in 2010, the same year during which Russian state-owned naval weapons developer Concern Morinformsystem-Agat began marketing its Club-K system with a computer-animated video, and one year after Rosoboronexport became part of Rostec.
Gulftainer took ownership stake in Russia’s Port Ust-Luga
Under the joint venture, Gulftainer operates the YUG-2 multi-purpose cargo terminal at Russia’s Port Ust-Luga and is leading the development of the port according to “Port Strategy.” Reuters reported that Gulftainer bought a 25% ownership stake in Port Ust-Luga, which is located on the Baltic Sea near St. Petersberg. Gulftainer reportedly invested $275 million in Port Ust Luga. Ust-Luga is one of twelve ports in Russia that berths ships carrying nuclear materials.
